TITCOTU is dedicated to fostering cultural sensitivity, understanding, and East-West relations by presenting the most outstanding examples of Japanese society and popular culture. Such displays may initially seem silly or outlandish to western audiences, but it is only through the examination of a culture at its extremes that an understanding of the whole can be achieved.
